Situated in the modern Vinegar Lane Development in Ponsonby, this project is a build-to-rent, 5-storey mixed-use building comprising 12 apartments and a large commercial/retail space on the ground floor. The high-quality 1-2 bedroom apartments have 2.7m ceilings, engineered timber floors and protected outdoor balconies to extend the living spaces towards the afternoon sun.

The dark, textured concrete exterior is contrasted by a light timber interior which reveals itself at every opening. It sits proud at the key corner site, activating the street through the many openings at Level 1.
