Kāinga Ora Residence

The new Kāinga Ora Residence in Mount Roskill completed at the end of 2024, offers modern and readily accessible housing with 31 apartments spread across two buildings. The development includes a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with universal design features available on the ground floor to accommodate a range of tenant needs. Additionally, a community room in the eastern building provides a shared space for residents.

The project has been constructed by Bracewell Construction, a long-standing construction firm known for its quality work. Archoffice worked with Kainga Ora and Bracewell as design build partners, taking the project from developed design through to completion on site.
